FlairPak 300 3 side seal smooth Chamber Vacuum pouches are part of Flair's premium vacuum pouch line. They are constructed of 9-layer co-extrusion film, are surface printed with standard safe handling instructions printed in blue and contain a minimum of 20% nylon. Common uses include processed meats, cheeses and many other items. Vacuum sealer bags provide excellent barrier protection and lock out moisture. Great for freezing, steaming, microwaving or boiling food. (Maximum temperature of 95°C for 45 minutes) These vacuum sealing bags are made from nylon with EVA as an additive, which draws the package tight around the product. These vacuum pouches are compatible with virtually all Commercial and Industrial grade vacuum chamber packing machines, and they meet FDA requirements for use in food packaging and storage applications. Additionally, electronics firms use vacuum pouches to protect sensitive components from static electricity as well as dust and airborne particles. Tensile Strength and OTR values = 2-3 cc/100 sq in. Recommended Heat Seal Temperature Range = 150-180 C, 302-356 F. Outside Edge W: 0.6" H: 0.3".
