Our Policies & Terms For Freight, Shipping, Returns & Damage Reporting
Shipping & Rates:
We offer low cost shipping anywhere in Canada! Our shipping rates are 50% Off UPS Standard rates and are the absolute minimum amount it takes for UPS to ship from our closest warehouse to your door, not a penny more. You can save even more on shipping when you join our NexDay Rewards Program ..... and it's FREE! Earn 500 bonus points when you join, earn points on all your purchases and then redeem your NexDay Rewards points as certificates that you can apply towards your order.
We ship anywhere within Canada and UPS rates are based on our closest warehouse location to you. Our warehouses are located in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary and we deliver direct to your business or home. All orders are shipped via UPS Standard unless you select UPS Express Saver. UPS shipping rates are based on the greater of the total actual weight of your shipment or dimensional weight and shipping destination. To optimize your shipping costs forecast your needs in advance and take advantage of the shipment your are already receiving. To estimate the shipping rate for your order, simply add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart and enter your delivery Postal Code in our UPS Online Shipping Calculator to confirm your shipping estimate.
Shipping charges are collected in full at the time your initial payment is processed and
includes items that ship separately on back order or Special Orders.
Due to our commitment to ship as fast as possible your order may ship in full, or in part, from any of our warehouse locations so pick-up is not available.
Time Sensitive or Rush Delivery Services:
Rush or Time Sensitive Special Handling Services are available with such services being assessed additional charges based on the level of service required. When selecting the UPS Express Saver option, and your order is received prior to 2PM EST, we will arrange for Express Shipping services. All orders r
after 2PM EST will be processed on the next business day (excluding weekends and Statutory Holidays).
Special Order items cannot be shipped on a Rush basis as they are only shipped once they have been received from the Manufacturer.
When you have a Rush or Time Sensitive shipment we
recommend that you contact us directly to confirm status of the item(s)
and local availability as your order may ship from any one of our warehouse locations. Once the carrier is in possession of your shipment(s), the carrier is responsible to deliver your order within their Published Service Levels based on our originating warehouse location and the shipping service you selected at time of Checkout.
NexDay Supply is unable to warrant or commit to the time of day or delivery date on behalf of any 3rd party carriers. You may follow your shipment status and estimated delivery date directly with the carrier or via the carrier website using the tracking number(s) provided in your Shipping Confirmation.
Local Orders Over $1,200 Ship Free:
All orders over $1,200 (excluding taxes and freight and Rewards Certificates applied) that ship within
our Free Local Shipping Zones in Toronto GTA, Edmonton, Calgary and Greater Vancouver ship at no cost to you. Free shipping may be subject to a standard route delivery schedule to your area. Certain restrictions apply to Free Shipping promotions. These include use of our choice of carriers and shipping methods, as well as, holding your order to ship complete or as otherwise advertised. To confirm if your
shipping address is within our free local shipping zones please feel free contact us at #1-888-963-9329, submit an

Should you select the Shipping Method "I Verify In Free Shipping Zone" prior to confirmation, and your delivery address is not within our Free Local Shipping Zones, we will contact you directly prior to adjusting your shipping rate to the UPS cost originally estimated in the Shopping Cart for your order.
Verify Your Civic Shipping Address:
Civic Shipping Address information prior to
submitting your order to avoid any delivery delays and/or additional Carrier charges to complete
delivery of your order. You may verify your address by clicking on Canada Post's
Online "Address Complete" feature below:
IMPORTANT: We do not ship to PO Box addresses or 3rd Party Freight Forwarders.
Any errors in shipping address information are the responsibility of
the account holder including correct entry/buzzer codes and the correct name of the party listed at the shipping address or in a building directory. Shipping Addresses cannot be changed once a
Shipping Confirmation has been issued. Should goods be shipped to an
incorrect address or a 3rd party the customer is responsible to retrieve the items
purchased as they will not be subject to replacement. It is important
that after a Shipping Confirmation has been issued that you follow the
progress of your shipment directly with the Carrier until final delivery
and, if necessary, contact the Carrier directly to ensure successful
Extended Area Shipping Fees:
Shipping to extended areas in Canada may require special air freight and handling and are only estimated in the Shopping Cart. Should your shipping location require additional services or handling we will contact you to confirm freight costs to deliver goods to your location, as well as, additional surcharges the carrier may charge to deliver your order. In extended areas common carriers will deliver to a depot where goods are to be picked up by customer. If you unsure, or are aware, if your location is within an Extended Area please contact us for a shipping quote to confirm the shipping rate for your order.
Shipping Time Frame:
You can determine when an item is estimated to be ready to ship by viewing the product detail page. The "Availability" displayed is the time period estimated in business days that each product will be ready for pick-up by UPS. Due to our commitment to ship as fast as possible, as well as local availability, your order may ship in full, or in part, from any one of our Canadian warehouse locations.
A shipping confirmation will be issued once UPS (or other carrier) has picked-up your order, it will include a tracking number, confirmation of items shipped and any items that remain to be shipped. After UPS has picked up your shipment(s) and returned them to their central facilities they will be scanned and a shipment status will then be available via UPS Online Tracking. UPS will deliver your packages within their published service levels for UPS Ground Service from the originating warehouse location your order has shipped from to your shipping location. UPS handles each package shipped as an independent package therefore your packages may arrive at different times of the day or on different days.
UPS delivery time frames are subject to UPS service levels for the shipping service selected from the warehouse location(s) where your order is shipped.
Orders received after 2PM EST will be processed on the next business day (inclusive of additional days related to Statutory Holidays). Special Order items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer.
When UPS makes a 1st attempt to deliver, and there is no one at your shipping location to accept your packages, UPS may deliver your order to a UPS Store or UPS Access Point while leaving a notice for you to pick-up your package(s). Please Note: UPS drivers do not make phone calls to receivers regarding package delivery, customers are responsible to be available at the shipping location on the day delivery is scheduled.
UPS Standard Service delivery to Residential addresses may be any time between 8am up to 7pm, for Commercial addresses any time between 8am up to 5pm. It is recommended when a tracking number is confirmed via Shipping Confirmation email that you follow your shipment status to ensure you are available to receive your order, or contact UPS directly to make special arrangements for delivery.
Upon issuance of a
Shipping Confirmation and tracking number(s) customers are solely responsible to
track and monitor shipments via UPS online (or other carrier online
tracking). It is important to closely follow your shipment, if there is any
disruption or delay in delivery you need to directly contact the carrier to ensure that
the delivery can be completed.
Orders are dependent upon receiving an item from the Manufacturer.
"Availability" of these items is only an approximate time frame we will
receive your product at our warehouse location.

part, from any one of our Canadian warehouse locations.
In these cases the UPS Standard shipping charges quoted will
remain unchanged and reflect the original cost to ship your complete
order from our closest location to you.
Undeliverable, Lost or Refused Shipments:
Undeliverable, lost or incorrectly delivered shipments due to customer address issues, refused deliveries on any order or back order, or returns that need to be reshipped due to
incorrect address or difficulties to complete delivery, are subject
to a) additional UPS address correction and redelivery fees of $15.00 per package b) return shipping charges equal to the full (undiscounted) UPS shipping rates c) a 25% restocking fee and, if reshipping is necessary, d) the additional shipping charges to complete redelivery including orders that were originally shipped free. Any additional charges will be assessed and processed separately though the payment method used to make the purchase net of any qualified refund and Rewards.
is responsible for any damages that occurs during transit for returns and will be
required to file a claim directly with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.
All returns require an RA Number which must be obtained in advance. Returns are not accepted after 10 days from date of delivery.
IMPORTANT: Special Order products are not returnable. These products are clearly identified when viewing the item detail page as "Stocking Status: Special Order". Also orders for greater than 10 cases of any product are considered Special Orders.
All products must be returned and received within 10 days of purchase. A 25% restocking applies to all returns. If you wish to return your product purchased, contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. For all returns original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A refund for product purchased will be arranged upon inspection of the returned items. Returned merchandise must be shipped using a trackable shipping service to the warehouse location from where the shipment originated, this address is detailed on the packing slip provided with the original shipment. Any additional shipping costs to complete a return to the originating warehouse will be deducted from any net refund.
Note: Orders that were shipped under Free Shipping Specials, or where upgraded shipping services were provided that were not charged for, will be subject to the full freight charges that were waived under these Free Shipping Specials and will be deducted from any net refund.
Freight charges for returns must be prepaid by customer using a carrier with a tracking service. Product must be unused, in original packaging and be in resalable condition. NexDay Supply inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.
IMPORTANT: Due to food safety and sanitary requirements any food container packaging, food contact material, food packaging products and bakery boxes that have been opened do not qualify for return. First aid kits, chemicals, safety products, eyewash solution, personal hygiene products, paper towel products or chemicals that are not in original condition and still factory sealed in manufacturer internal protective packaging, will not qualify for a refund. Returns are also not accepted for: personal hygiene products, food products, snacks, beverages, chemicals, perishable items, First Aid Kits and eyewash solution or refills kit, vending machines, bathroom towels, bed sheets, pillows, blankets, hand cleaners.
Your only obligation is the freight charge to return the merchandise to our originating warehouse and restocking fee. Provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, parts and accessories etc. NexDay Supply reserves the right to refuse product returns after 10 days have passed from the delivery date. All approved returns not received in original Manufacturer packaging are subject to a $25.00 repackaging fee.
The customer is responsible for the freight costs to return any merchandise to the originating warehouse location detailed on your order packing slip, these freight costs are non-refundable. Products should ship using a method that allows the package to be traced. The shipment should also be insured as the customer assumes all responsibility for any damage to returned packages.
Limitations of Liability:
In no event shall NexDay Supply or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates,
be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. Additionally, and including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, loss of product or loss of profits that may result from Manufacturers,
3rd party carriers, or 3rd party shipping addressees for not meeting their published delivery service commitments, weather delays or causing loss or damage to any product shipped and/or confirmed delivered by the Carrier.
When choosing to ship to an address that is not the same address as the Billing Address provided for your Payment Method presented, customers assume full responsibility for their shipment when confirmed by UPS as received at this location, including any loss or damage incurred by shipping to a 3rd party address. Any disputes with the Carrier regarding delivery to a 3rd Party shipping address are the customer's responsibility to resolve directly with the 3rd party location and Carrier and the Customer is directly responsible to file a claim for loss or damage to goods delivered.
Reporting a Package Damaged By Carrier During Transit:
Our warehouse takes great care and attention to packaging every order we ship. While infrequent, a carrier may cause damage to your product during transit and only the carrier can inspect and verify the damage at the time of delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for damages that occur during shipping and only the carrier approves a damage claim. Once a full or partial claim is approved, we can replace the product or provide a partial refund.
IMPORTANT: By signing for and accepting delivery you are taking full responsibility and ownership for the shipment as being received in good condition. You MUST inspect all items received prior to the carrier leaving and note any damage to the carrier and refuse delivery of any damaged items. If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, you MUST note it clearly on the carrier’s bill of lading before signing it and keep your copy. If any of your shipment is damaged and you did not refuse delivery and report to the carrier directly compensation for damages during transit will not be approved.
If you have experienced damage to your shipment you MUST refuse delivery and immediately contact us at 1-888-963-9329 for assistance. Any claims with a Carrier for damage or missing items must be made at time of delivery and then reported to UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877.
