Q: Do you provide custom logo, printing or design services for your products?
A: We do not provide custom printing, manufacturing or design services on the products we offer.
Q: Do you have other products available that are not listed online?
A: We do have access to other products available from any of our Manufacturers listed under Shop By Brand >. These products may be in stock or available as "Special Order" > products that are subject to extended lead times and/or minimum order quantities.
Q: Can I request samples?
A: We do not carry product samples or open cases. Many of our Manufacturers ship samples direct to you and they are listed when you enter "Sample" in our search bar or "Click for sample" below. Then, click on the desired Manufacturer logo to view their product listing page and then click "Request A Sample" at the top of the page. Manufacturer sample requests may take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks for delivery and freight, duties and/or taxes may apply.

Q: Can I purchase a quantity less than what is advertised for a product?
A: The minimum quantity available for purchase is displayed online for each product listed.
Q: Do you ship to the USA?
A: We do not ship to the USA or any country outside of Canada.
Q: Can I pick-up my order?
A: Pick-up service is not available. All orders are placed online, processed at night and shipped via UPS direct to your business or home. Due to our commitment to ship as fast as possible, as well as, local availability, orders may ship in full, or in part, from any of our Canadian distribution centers. Sign-up for UPS My Choice® below and conveniently schedule your packages to be available for pick-up at your local UPS Access Point®.
