We ship anywhere within Canada and UPS rates are based on our closest Distribution Center to you. Our Distribution Centers are located in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary and UPS delivers direct to your business or home. All orders are shipped via UPS Standard unless you select UPS Express Saver.
Shipping charges for all packages are collected in full at the time your initial payment is processed

All orders are processed at night after our daily cut-off and shipped via UPS direct to your business or home. Due to our commitment to ship orders as fast as possible, or local availability, your order may ship in full, or in part, from any of our Canadian Distribution Centers.

Product Availability & Shipping Time Frame:
You can determine when an item is estimated to be ready to ship by viewing the product detail page. The "Availability" displayed is the time estimated in business days that each product will be ready for pick-up by UPS. Due to our commitment to ship as fast as possible, as well as, local availability, orders may ship in full, or in part, from any one of our Canadian distribution centers and then be delivered within 2-6 business days, or less. Find listed under Product Information the primary Originating Location(s) where an item may ship from based on Stock On Hand. This may change at any time without notice.
Orders received after 2PM EST will be processed on the
next business day (inclusive of additional days related to Statutory
Holidays). Special Order items will be shipped as soon as possible upon
arrival from the Manufacturer. Special
Orders are dependent upon receiving an item from the Manufacturer,
"Availability" of these items is only an approximate time frame we will
receive your product at our distribution center.
A shipping confirmation will be issued once UPS (or other carrier) has picked-up your order, it will include a tracking number, confirmation of items shipped and any items that remain to be shipped. After UPS has picked up your package(s) and returned them to their central distribution facilities they will be scanned and a shipment status will then be available via UPS Online Tracking. Once the Carrier is in possession of your packages they are solely responsible for delivery within their published UPS Ground service levels from our originating distribution center to your shipping location.
Notice: In an effort to contain the spread of CONVID-19, State of Emergency conditions and local authorities have implemented restrictions within the public sector affecting movement of shipments. For the protection of UPS employees and all customers receiving shipments, all packages are quarantined for 3-5 days before being scheduled for delivery.
Time Sensitive or Rush Delivery Services:
Rush or Time Sensitive Special Handling Services are available with such services being assessed additional charges based on the level of service required. When selecting the UPS Express Saver option, and your order is received prior to 2PM EST, we will arrange for Express Shipping services. All orders r
after 2PM EST will be processed on the next business day (excluding weekends and Statutory Holidays).
Special Orders cannot be shipped on a Rush basis. Special Order products are shipped upon receipt from the Manufacturer.
When you have a Rush or Time Sensitive shipment, regardless of your future date requirements, you must contact us directly to confirm the status of the item(s)
and local availability (as your order may ship from any one of our distribution centers), as well as, Special Handling Services may be required to meet your needs. Once the carrier is in possession of your package(s), the carrier is responsible to deliver your order within their Published Service Levels based on our originating distribution center and the shipping service you selected at time of Checkout.
NexDay Supply is unable to warrant or commit to the time of day or a delivery date on behalf of any 3rd party carriers
and accepts no liability for delivery of time-sensitive shipments. You may follow your shipment status and estimated delivery date directly with the carrier or via the carrier website using the tracking number(s) provided in your Shipping Confirmation. Any refused deliveries or returns are subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees.
Prevent Delivery Delays & Address Correction Fees:
Civic Shipping Street Address Format prior to
submitting your order to avoid any delivery delays or additional Carrier charges to complete
delivery of your order. You may verify your Civic Shipping Address Format by clicking on Canada Post's
free online address verification service below:
errors in shipping address or format are the sole responsibility of
the account holder including Apt. # (i.e. 10-1234 Main St. NW),
entry/buzzer code and correct name of the party listed at the shipping
address or in a building directory. Shipping Addresses cannot be changed
Shipping Confirmation has been issued. If goods are shipped to an
incorrect address or a 3rd party the customer is solely responsible to retrieve
the packages and/or work directly with the Carrier as they are not qualified for replacement. UPS address
correction fees are $14.50 per package and these charges are billed
separately to the payment method used for your purchase. Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided on any order are not qualified for replacement or refund.
UPS Delivery of Your Package(s):
Once your Shipping Confirmation(s) with Tracking Number(s) are issued, it is important to
follow the progress of your shipment directly with the Carrier until
final delivery and, if necessary, contact the Carrier directly to ensure
delivery. UPS handles each package as an independent
package, therefore, your packages may arrive at different times of the day
or on different days. UPS drivers do not make phone calls to
receivers regarding package delivery and customers are responsible to be
available at the shipping location on the day delivery is scheduled. When UPS makes a 1st attempt to deliver, and there is no
one at your location to accept your packages, UPS may attempt
redelivery or deliver your package(s) to a local UPS Store or UPS Access Point
issuing notice for you to pick-up your package(s). If there are any
delays or difficulties completing delivery you must contact the carrier directly.
Standard Service delivery to Residential addresses may be any time
between 8am up to 7pm, for Commercial addresses any time between 8am up
to 5pm. When your tracking number(s) are confirmed via Shipping
Confirmation email you must follow your shipment status to ensure you
are available to receive your order. If you are not available you must
contact UPS directly, or use UPS My Choice, to make arrangements for
issuance of a Shipping Confirmation and tracking number(s) customers
are solely responsible to monitor shipments via UPS online (or other
carrier online tracking).

Local Orders Over $750.00:
All orders over $750.00 (excluding taxes and freight and Rewards Certificates applied) that ship within
our Free Local Shipping Zones in Toronto GTA, Edmonton, Calgary and Greater Vancouver ship at no cost to you. Free shipping may be subject to a standard route delivery schedule to your area. Certain restrictions apply to Free Zone Shipping promotions (i.e excluding Ice Melter). Should the Shipping Method "Customer Verifies In Free Shipping Zone" be selected, and your delivery address is not within our Free Local Shipping Zones, a new Order Confirmation will be issued with your shipping rate adjusted to the UPS rate originally displayed in the Shopping Cart for your order.
Outlying Area Shipping Services:
Shipping to outlying areas in Canada may require additional time, air freight and handling and are estimated in the Shopping Cart. Should your shipping location require additional services or handling we will contact you to confirm freight costs to deliver goods to your location, as well as, additional surcharges the carrier may charge to contract final delivery of your order. In extended areas common carriers may deliver to a depot where goods are to be picked up by customer. If you are unsure if your location is within an Extended Area please contact us for a shipping quote to confirm the shipping rate for your order. Note: Service to Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon is only available by UPS Express and UPS Express Saver® services.
Undeliverable, Lost or Refused Shipments:
Customers are solely responsible to follow the ongoing progress of all packages confirmed shipped or delivered via Carrier online tracking services and must contact the Carrier directly if address or delivery issues or errors arise. Failure to report any package delivery errors within 24 hours of confirmed delivery by Carrier will be deemed "delivery successfully completed". Packages that are undeliverable and/or lost due to an incorrect shipping name or address, or the carrier has difficulties completing delivery due to the customer not being available at the time of any delivery attempt(s), or the location is under construction, or the customer fails to pick-up package(s) notified to be available at the Carrier's pick-up location(s), or the customer refuses delivery, are subject
to a) additional UPS address correction and redelivery fees of $14.50 per package b) return shipping charges equal to the full UPS shipping rates c) a restocking fee of 15% or $25.00 (whichever is greater), d) if reshipping is necessary the additional shipping charges to complete redelivery e) original shipping charges that were waived for orders that were shipped under Free Shipping promotions and f) all product replacement costs.

Reporting a Package Damaged By Carrier During Transit:
Our distribution centers take great care and attention to packaging every order we ship. While infrequent, a carrier may cause damage to contents during transit and only the carrier can inspect and verify the damage at the time of delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for damages that occur during transit and only the carrier approves a damage claim. Once a full or partial claim is approved, we can replace the product or provide a partial refund.
IMPORTANT: By signing for and/or accepting delivery you are taking full responsibility and ownership for the shipment as being received in good condition. You must inspect all items received prior to the carrier leaving and note any damage to the carrier and refuse delivery of any damaged items. If any package contents are damaged or missing, you must note it clearly on the carrier’s bill of lading before signing it and keep your copy. If any of your shipment is damaged and you did not refuse delivery, or report to the carrier directly, compensation for damages during transit will not be approved.
Note: Pictures of the damaged product and the product packaging must be taken and then submitted to us via email as part of any damage reporting.
If you have experienced damage to your package contents you must refuse delivery and/or immediately contact UPS Customer Service at 1-800-742-5877 to report damage. Verification of damage during transit can only be made at time of delivery and/or after the carrier has physically inspected the reported damage. Limitations of Liability:
In no event shall NexDay Supply Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, loss of product or loss of profits that may result from a pandemic, State of Emergency regulations, incorrect shipping address being provided, or a 3rd party carrier or a Manufacturer not meeting delivery dates or times, or seasonal weather delays or equipment failures, including any loss or damage to product confirmed delivered to a primary, or incorrect or 3rd party shipping address. Orders cannot be cancelled after 2PM EST on the date the order was placed, all shipping and return shipping costs and restocking fees incurred due to late cancellations are the customer's responsibility and will be charged to the payment method at time of purchase.
When choosing to ship to an address that is not the same address as the Billing Address provided for your Payment Method presented, customers assume full responsibility for their shipment when confirmed by Carrier as being delivered at the location provided including any loss or damage incurred by shipping to a 3rd party address. Any disputes with the Carrier regarding delivery to a 3rd Party shipping address are the customer's responsibility to resolve directly with the 3rd party address and/or Carrier and the Customer is directly responsible to file a claim for loss or damage to goods delivered.
