Protection of Personal Information

NexDay Supply Inc. has implemented reasonable physical and technical measures to protect your personal information against loss or theft, unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, the Website uses Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”), an industry standard security protocol which encrypts information you enter while using the Website. NexDay Supply Inc. periodically reviews its security measures, however, there are some things that you can do to help protect the security of your personal information as well. You should not disclose your password to any individual unless such individual is also a duly authorized representative of your Entity with a need to know such information and is made to comply with the Website Terms and Conditions of Use. You also should sign out of your account, close your browser window and clear your browser cache upon completing your use of the Website.

Use of Personal Information

NexDay Supply Inc. may use your personal information for (a) processing orders; (b) administering manufacturer’s warranties; (c) providing any requested information and resolving problems; (d) providing promotional information; (e) troubleshooting problems with the Website and improving the Website; (f) improving the products and services offered to customers; (g) enforcing the Website Terms and Conditions of Use; (h) such other uses for which you may consent from time to time (i) as otherwise permitted or required by law (j) give credit and order payment history to financial credit reporting agencies who may share it with others and (k) provide account, order and customer details to Card Issuers and Law Enforcement Agencies in support of preventing and/or investigating potential cardholder fraud.

Disclosure of Personal Information

NexDay Supply Inc. may disclose your personal information to third party service providers for the purposes outlined above provided that (a) NexDay Supply discloses only the personal information the third party service providers need to deliver the services; and (b) the third party service providers agree not to use the personal information for any purposes other than for the purposes of providing services to NexDay Supply Inc. or to you on NexDay Supply Inc. behalf (c) If you make a purchase through the Site, your name, telephone number and shipping information must be provided to third party shippers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator etc to deliver your purchase. There may also be instances where we ship an item directly to you from one of our Manufacturers or suppliers. In these cases we only provide your shipping details, item(s) ordered and telephone number for the sole purpose of shipping your order and these arrangements are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

NexDay Supply Inc. reserves the right to disclose your personal information and order payment history to credit reporting agencies, or if required to do so by law or legal process or otherwise requested by any law enforcement officer or agency acting under colour of law. In addition, NexDay Supply Inc. reserves the right to disclose your personal information in order to (a) enforce the Website Terms and Conditions of Use; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of NexDay Supply Inc.; or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the safety or security of the public or users of the products or the Website.

NexDay Supply Inc. does not sell, rent or share its customer lists to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes and operates in strict compliance with the personal information security requirements under the Personal Information Protection Act (British Columbia), Personal Information Protection Act (Alberta) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act [PIPEDA] (Canada).

Retention of Personal Information

NexDay Supply Inc. may keep your personal information for so long as is necessary or appropriate to carry out the purpose(s) for which such information was collected or for such longer period as may be required by applicable laws and regulations.

Social Media and Public Forums

NexDay Supply is committed to respecting your privacy, confidentiality and feedback. We respond to all inquiries to assist our customers and users of this website directly through our secure and confidential Customer Service channels. By accepting NexDay Supply's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions users of this website agree to non-disclosure of any information as governed by Privacy Acts. You also agree that user, account and order information is confidential and proprietary (including private messages, employee information, details of any order, account status or confidential account or trade information) and will not be posted or reviewed in any Social Media messages (ie. via Twitter, Facebook, Google etc). In compliance with the Canadian Privacy Act (PIPEDA) and our Customer Privacy Policy publicly communicating or sharing information regarding our customers or their business on any unsecure or unregulated public forums is not permitted. It is further agreed that any breach of these conditions may result in account and/or order cancellation and does not release users from these Privacy terms. It is also agreed that any disputes between parties will remain confidential.

Comment Policy: Any comments posted to our social media pages and public forums, or messages sent to us through those platforms, will be reviewed from time to time. Customer service and support are not provided through social media pages, public forums or via any other means other than our secure and confidential Customer Service channels. While we are not able to reply to individual posts, comments and messages they will be handled on a case-by-case basis and responded to when deemed appropriate. We reserve the right to edit, remove or report to authorities comments that meet any of the following conditions: a) are contrary to the principles of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms; b) are racist, hateful, sexist, homophobic, defamatory, insulting, threatening, discriminating or hurtful to a business, individual or group; c) put forward, unproven or inaccurate accusations against us, individuals or organizations; d) are aggressive, vulgar, indecent, rude, abusive, coarse, violent, obscene or pornographic in tone or content; e) are offensive, defamatory, disparaging or include defamatory statements about us, an individual or another organization; f) are not sent by the author and/or posted by anonymous sources; g) are put forward for phishing or spamming purposes; h) are written in a language other than English or French; i) are solicitations, advertisements, or endorsements of any financial, commercial, political or non-governmental agency; j) contain personal information about you, our employees or any other person; k) are unintelligible or irrelevant to the Page; l) encourage or suggest illegal activity; m) are repetitive or spamming of threads
