We commit if your order is submitted before 2PM EST, any NexDay Guaranteed products purchased will be ready for UPS pick up the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders received after 2PM EST, over a weekend and/or holiday, are processed effective the next business day.

Due to our commitment to ship as fast as possible, your order may ship in full, or in part, from any one of our Canadian Distribution Center locations. After the carrier has picked up your package(s), and returned them to their central distribution center, UPS will then scan your package(s) and schedule delivery to your location within UPS Published Service Levels for the Shipping Method you selected at the time of Checkout (i.e. UPS Standard or UPS Express Saver). As your order may ship in full, or in part, from any one of our distribution centers you can expect delivery within 2-6 business days, or less, after Carrier pick-up.
